Fondant au chocolat, I've been baking them from the same recipe for almost 15 years!
What is your favorite pastry?
From the pastries we make, I would go for a fresh plain croissant any day.
My all time favorite pastry that we don't make (yet) is a Paris-Brest : chou pastry and praline creme mousseline!
What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
Probably homemade pickled clams from back home.
Do you have a go-to midnight snack?
I eat mint-chocolate chip ice cream every day of the year. And too much sour candy.
What would your last meal be?
Fresh Moules Marinieres with Belgian fries, and a lot of mint-chocolate chip ice cream.

What is the first thing you learned to bake?
Surprisingly, cheesecake! It was the first dessert I ever made at a restaurant that I worked in back in 2022!
What is your favorite pastry?
Uhhhh all of them?? Seriously, it's really difficult to choose! I feel like my go-to is probably a good ole pain au chocolate because I simply can't resist those flaky, buttery layers paired with some good chocolate!
What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
I don't think we have anything strange in our fridge honestly haha.
Do you have a go-to midnight snack?
Whatever is the easiest thing for me to access.
What would your last meal be?
Something with a lot of potatoes, mac and cheese, and cake.

Probably all the different sauces brought back from France for Fondues Bourguignonnes!
