Rooted in the sun-soaked South of France, our Founder, Dune Michel grew up immersed in a deep culinary tradition. Trained at a top hospitality school and shaped by travels through Peru, India, Mexico, and Morocco, he developed a global palate grounded in simplicity and finesse. After a decade in California’s vibrant food scene, Dune now brings his passion for inventive pastry and refined flavors to Asheville.
